Terms of Service

1. The base price is non-negotiable and must paid up front. It is also not refundable. Depending on the complexity of client's desire, it will increase $5-15 CAD per actual hour worked on the transition or complexity.
2. If at any point, clients become uncooperative (e.g. insults or slurs), a bad client fee of $50 CAD will be added and commission will be halted. Client's name will also be added to a black list.
3. All assets provided must be allowed for commercial usage. If there is any time where client is unsure the asset allowed to be used for commercial purposes, please do not provide until explicit permission is received from original creator.
3. Client must be aware that the person they are commissioning is an amateur at motion design and must be willing to cooperate and experience their thoughts and ideas, to build rapport and proper communication to create an ideal final product.
4. Client must be aware of the fact that due to potential time differences, communication may be delayed.
5. Client must be aware that after the final draft has been decided upon, any major changes will incur additional fees.
5. Upon receiving final product, client must credit Kai Chizuru when product is used on stream or in videos.
